Rubber Coated Metal Material
It is a new kind sealing material that on one side or both sides of the metal surface coated with a thin, strong solid rubber, vulcanized together. The material can provide excellent performance of high-temperature resistance and durability, with a very low compression ratio. Compared with the conventional non-metallic sealing material, it has a relatively long service life, Therefore, It was generally used in harsh environmental condition of extra pressure and ultra-temperature sealing requirement.
Material Application:
Cylinder head Gasket, Gearbox Front Oil Seal, Gearbox Bank Rear Oil Seal, Intake or Exhaust Manifold Gasket, Water Pump Gasket, Noise-damping Gasket, Buffer Strike Gasket, Automotive Air Conditioning Gasket, Air Compressor Gasket.
